Coerce a mapping into a strictly typed amplifier names dictionary.
Missing keys are filled with defaults for the selected measurement setup. Values must be non-empty strings.

names (mapping or None) – Device-name overrides.
measurement_setup (str, optional) – Amplifier setup type, either
"rack"or"direct".
- Returns:
Validated and completed device-name mapping.
- Return type:
AmplifierNames or DirectAmplifierNames
